We protect the smile of your community

We believe that every smile matters and that nothing should get in the way of smiling – especially not poor oral health. That’s why for many years we have been on a mission to actively improve oral health in communities through school programs delivered by nurses, teachers and volunteers all around the world, and free dental check-ups.

We do this in partnership with the FDI World Dental Federation, an association of over 1 million dentists worldwide.

To date, we have reached over 80 million smiles around the world.

We protect the planet

We want to give you one more reason to smile.

That’s why we are fully committed to tackle environmental issues in six key areas:

A recycable packaging does not mean only less waster in the environment, but also less greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and a decreased impact on gloabl waring. Plus our cartons are now made with thinner materials.

Our Research and Development teams are focusing on developing products that provide the same performance with less water, poor quality water or no water at all.

We’re also reducing water use in our own factories across the world.

We are committed to reduce waste by 35% by 2020 through an improved and optimized formulation, more natural and sustainable ingredients, and less to no plastic in packaging.

The carton box of our toothpastes is made of 100% recycled and recyclable paper that comes from sustainable sources certified by FSC – the Forest Stewardship Council.

This will help ensure our forests are well managed and alive for generations to come.

From now on, our toothpaste tubes will contain 30% less aluminium.

Every little step counts when it comes to reduce the impact on the environment.

Plastic can pollute the land and the sea when not properly disposed.

At smile we are on a journey to reduce the use of plastic and make it recycable. In 2017, we committed to ensuring that 100% of our plastic packaging will be desigined to be fully reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025?
